6 Inches Beyond

Where there is no vision, the people perish Prov. 29:18

I, Mahesh, recall an interview with Bruce Lee. At the time, no one had developed martial arts to the degree that he had. He did things that had never been seen before, and had a unique ability to hit any target with incredible force. In the interview he revealed his secret: he had trained himself to always focus six inches beyond the intended target. He always aimed at the other side of the barrier, and therefore he always broke through with explosive power.

We are in a season where we feel the Lord wants to take His Church to levels that have never been seen before. This is God’s year to Act, and He is releasing the anointing to breakthrough barriers and take down strongholds. It is a kairos time for strategic positioning to take territory, extend boundaries, and achieve goals beyond what we had hoped or desired.

So where is your vision: the barrier, or the victory God has for you on the other side? If your target is the challenge and not His promise, you may discover that you’re constantly banging against the same hard wall. God wants to give you fresh vision for your breakthrough today.

Ask the Lord to clarify your vision. Pray for the Holy Spirit to open your eyes to see beyond the natural into the supernatural. You are on the threshold of a new season and greater levels. Let Him open your eyes so you can move in His explosive, dunamis power for your breakthrough and victory.

Amen and Amen!!!!! I am standing and declaring this word today!!! I agree that this is the season for the RELEASE!! Yes, Lord!!!! I will focus on the promise and move forward as you have been prompting me. Pray as if the promise is here!!! I am even seeing this with our college students. A young woman, a senior applied to many colleges – and was accepted into most – but not the one she had her heart set on. “I don’t even want to go to any of these other schools!”. We reminded her that she had always told us that she wanted to go to a school on southern California – with a big football team…….. A really exciting place. She shook her head and said that is never gonna happen. 2 weeks later she got a letter from USC. the letter was a guarantee into the school next year if she went to a junior college for 1 year , holding a 3.3. The best part – all tuition will be free!!!!!! They give out less than 24 of these letters a year. ( her father has a job that is affiliated with the college – that is why the tuition break – but it is EXTREMELY hard to get it). Anyway – this young woman is still in awe of that fact that she was crying over not getting into the school she thought was her top choice – when God had something better planned all along. Go God!!!!!

Yes! It keeps us moving in the right direction in the right frame of mind and heart to recognize God’s kairos to step into His victory.
